Employees are outfitted with thin, active RFID tags that are placed on lanyards or behind employee nametags. InsideTrak is positioned above each entrance or pass-through area so that when a tagged employee moves through the coverage zone, their unique ID tag sends out a transmission that distinguishes them from other people/customers.
